Stephanie is a third generation real estate agent. Her grandmother, Sylvia, started in the business in 1956 and opened Sylvia Geist Agency in 1973. Stephanie's father, Robert Geist is the current broker of record for the company, and co-owner with his brother, Christopher Geist.
After graduating from Rutgers University in 2011, Stephanie went on to obtain her real estate license. She has been an active, full-time agent since then and has sold millions of dollars in real estate. She has won the New Jersey Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence Award continuously since 2013 among other awards including the Century 21 Masters Award and Quality Service Award. In 2019, Stephanie went on to obtain her broker's license.
